On Wednesday 28th February at 7.30 the Brixham Branches of the Royal British Legion and the Royal Navy Association are laying up their old Standards and having new ones dedicated at St. Mary’s Church, Higher Brixham.

Also the standard of the Russian Convoys Association, the local branch of which has now closed, will be laid up. All are invited to attend as a tribute to work of these organisations which give support to members of the armed services past and present.

WOMEN’S WORLD DAY OF PRAYER SERVICE  Friday March 2nd at 10.30am at Fore Street Methodist Church, Brixham. Speaker is Rev Catherine Wagstaffe. Please come - you’ll enjoy it ! Men are also very welcome! Refreshments to follow!

BRIXHAM DOES CARE FILM CLUB Monday 5th March 2018, £6, including refreshments, (Members £5). Features ‘100 Men and a Girl’ A musical comedy starring Deanna Durbin, Adolphe Menjou and conductor Leopold Stokowski, as himself.  Brixham Does Care Café.  Doors open 1.00pm

SATURDAY 10th MARCH ALL SAINTS’ CHURCH are holding a COFFEE MORNING in the Fore Street Methodist Hall from 10am to midday, for church funds.
